There is no reserve field. Competitor and position text remains editable after the table is created.
Paper and initial layout
Preset sizes set the width and height automatically. Choose “Custom” to edit them; changes are applied immediately.
The combined print-paper area must be at least as large as the finished dimensions. Horizontal capacity is the paper width multiplied by the output sheet count; vertical capacity is the height of one page. Choose larger paper or more sheets if the design does not fit.
- Select “Custom” and enter 800 mm for width and 250 mm for height. The design updates immediately.
- Select “A3 landscape (420 × 297 mm),” choose 2 output sheets, and leave “Add glue overlap” off for this example.
Two A3 landscape pages provide 840 × 297 mm. Without glue overlap, each page contains a 400 × 250 mm section. Trim 20 mm from the right and 47 mm from the bottom along the crop marks, then join the two sections to make an 800 × 250 mm sheet.

Select and drag a line or text. Drag the circular handles to adjust line endpoints. Lines hidden from output remain as grey dashed guides in the editor.
Save and print
“Save PDF / Print” opens the browser print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF”. Enable background graphics and use 100% scale with no margins for the closest match to the specified dimensions.
“Export to Excel” converts the current layout into an editable workbook built on a 5 mm square grid. Excel and printer settings can change physical dimensions, so use PDF when exact size is required.
All input and editing remain in your browser. Tournament formats differ, so always compare the finished dimensions, name format, position labels and submission method with the event instructions.
